A Wild Hair between our cheeks
Rumors of my blog demise have been grossly exaggerated.
Truth be told, I am usually diligent about my blog posts being daily, funny, and/or thought provoking. For whatever reason, my darling husband and I have been bitten by the 'remodeling' bug. Crystal will tell you that I am not one to do this often, so when the fever hits, I must obey.
Today we hung a new door. When I say we, I mean HE hung the door whilst I bombarded him with inane questions. At one point, however, I actually made an astute observation that corrected a severe problem. It wasn't until I pointed out a crack in the molding that the male sigh and grumbling began.
And this adventure is far from over. While most of you will be sleeping/shopping/working/reading, I will be installing laminate flooring in the living room with my 'current' husband. I say current since many divorces occur in the midst of home repair and remodeling.
I doubt he will look like this come Saturday night, but here's a proud man and his door:

Whats the chance of you coming to AZ tolay laminate flooring at my house? I have been bitten by the remodeling bug for quite some time, yet don't have the funds to see it through.

I stayed pretty far away from my mom when the word "remodeling" came out of her mouth. Something about it makes people cuh-razy.

Perhaps he should have hung a BIGGER door, so he wouldn't have to duck going through it. ;) It looks FAB!
