Gratitude: An endless list
For obvious reasons, we should all be grateful for not being born a turkey.
An extra cherry sourball when you thought the package was empty is a plus.
Kisses and hugs from the children (a Santa pleasing tactic, no doubt) is never turned away.
Smiles from strangers while filling up the gas tank (grateful for the drop in price there!)
Shirts without stains on them.
Pants with $5 bill washed in the pocket.
Parents only a phone call away for crisis management and supportive shoulders.
Colds and viruses that attack our children instead of debilitating diseases or syndromes.
Husbands bearing cold Dr. Pepper on a bad day.
Blog friends that read and comment, or even just stop by.
