Friday nights = Disney Channel?
I need a life. You know it's a sad day when the deepest conversation of the entire day revolves around 'High School Musical', a Disney teen movie.
It's even more pitiful when tears spring to a certain person's eyes as the high school girl's heart is crushed. Here's a hint, she blogs here regularly.
But what takes the cake is the fact that sheer joy can be found in freshly shaved legs and an empty kitchen sink.
EGADS I HAVE BECOME AN ADULT.
SOMEONE HELP!

No help to be had from hyar; as an adult, I got teary-eyed at the beginning and end of Saving Private Ryan, as well as President Reagan's funeral. I don't waste any tears on the kitchen (though they might help extinguish the flames), and I have all I can handle with shaving my mug on work days.
It just gets more adult from here, Tish ;)

Adulthood goes on forever. But it's hard to get used to because there's so much crying to do. I mean, what would you do when you stub your toe on the bedstead?

I'd take you out on the town but I'm not much better Tish. I'm sitting home alone on a Saturday night with my hair up in a pony tail, in comfty jammies and enjoying hot tea. Woohoo, wild single woman I make huh? Truth be told I'm enjoying the opportunity to relax for a bit.

So that's what it's like? Well, I'm not doin' it!
Though an empty kitchen sink can put me on the verge of tears, as well as an empty laundry basket, even better - everything is folded and hung up. That one puts me over the edge.
As far as a life goes, look at me, I'm living through you :)
